Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping & Delivery Our most orders are shipped within 3 working days and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 6 working days, to ship the order depending upon the order size and product. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers and depending upon where you live estimate a delay of 2-3 days. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, Hc Toys LLP is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Return and Refund Policy Returns are only available on pieces, which are damaged in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged we request you to send us images of the product along with the packaging in the condition you received it through email within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Once we confirm, you can send us the piece to our office address. Damaged/ Defective products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories for example bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, etc. Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return-pick-up facility is not available on the items. After inspecting the condition, we will either repair or replace the piece for you. NOTE: Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from our team on the email. We will not be able to offer any help in such a case. All returns / replacements are subject to the discretion of P H Couples Jewelry. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9738102997 or email us at happyclubtoys@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, HC Toys shall not be entitled to any return/refund. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.The following RULES apply to this Policy In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to HC Toys within 3 days from the time of delivery. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. In the event once our team accepts the return request raised by the customer, customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.Refunds may be credited to HC Toys wallet in some cases.

Tracking your Order

Order details will be sent to your email address and once the order is shipped tracking details will be shared on email and SMS. You can also feel free to call us to inquire about the delivery status. Our team is happy to serve you, Orders can be tracked with tracking id provided by Hc Toys from the respective courier website.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. - Cancellations by the Customer In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by HC Toys LLP , Happyclubtoys.com and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
